Silent auctions, with the proceeds to benefit Newfoundland Rescue and the Newfoundland Health Challenge, will take place in a tent near ringside on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The Breeders Class is a conformation class, which recognizes breeders who consistently breed quality animals. Mr. Einar Paulsen of Cannon Bear Newfoundlands (Denmark) will judge the class on Friday, May 7, following the completion of bitch judging. Mr. Paulsen has been involved with our breed for nearly 30 years and is a licensed FCI judge for Newfoundlands, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Great Danes, and Spaniels; his Cannon Bear Newfoundlands have achieved championships in various countries around the world.
The Breeders Class provides a unique opportunity to present your dogs and your breeding goals. Entries close April 1, 2010. Contact Amy Lane.

Tell everyone at the National the story of how your great rescue dog came into your life. Join us for the rescue ceremony on Friday (during the lunch break) where your special story will be shared with the audience as you and your dog walk across the ring. There is no entry fee. Rescue Parade Entry Form

The Working Dog Committee will host a forum on Friday afternoon to bring you up to date on what’s going on in the world of working dog events.
