Reserved Grooming and Crate Space . . . The grooming tent will be available for set-up at noon on Saturday. Power will be available beginning Saturday, April 28 at 6 a.m. until two hours after the conclusion of Best of Breed judging on Saturday. Daily hours will be 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. until Saturday when all set-ups must be removed within two hours after the conclusion of the Best of Breed judging.
There will a limited number of reserved grooming spaces available in the grooming tent adjacent to the conformation ring. There are 153 5' x 10' spaces that will include enough room for two crates and one grooming table, and each will have a 110 electric drop. The cost for each of these spaces is $65 for the week. There are no adjacent spaces available without electric; all spaces will have electric service.
In addition there are 17 spaces, which are located along the front of the grooming tent parallel to the breed ring that are 10' x 10' with a 110 electric drop. The cost for each of these spaces is $100 for the week.
Dogs cannot be left in their crates overnight. Also, privately owned generators are not permitted within a 50-foot radius of the grooming tent; high intensity lights or canopies are not permitted inside the grooming tent.
The first postmark date accepted for reserved grooming space is January 10, 2012. If using expedited delivery services, please waive the signature. Reservation deadline is April 2.
Dog Bathing and Grooming . . . Washing stations with warm water will be set up for your convenience. No bathing or grooming is permitted in the hotel rooms or on hotel porches. Also, no electric lines may be run from a hotel room to the outside.
