Daytime Parking . . . A limited number of parking spaces in close proximity to the rings will be available for exhibitors not staying at the host hotel. Additional day parking will be available for spectators in front of the host hotel.
Reserved Parking . . . Seventy-five percent of reserved parking will be allocated to exhibitors with three or more dogs entered. The remaining 25 percent will be for exhibitors with up to three dogs entered in the show. Power will not be available in the reserved parking area. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Generators are not permitted to operate during quiet time. No RVs or overnight camping are permitted in this area.
Buddy Parking . . . If you would like to be parked next to a friend or group of exhibitors, reservation forms must be received together in the same envelope.
January 10 is the first postmark to send in reservations. Reservations received with a January 11, 2012, postmark or later will be allocated spaces based on availability with preference given to those exhibitors with three or more dogs entered. The deadline for reservations is April 2 or when all available spaces have been assigned. No refunds are available after April 2. Reservation confirmation will be sent upon receipt of form by email or USPS.
