Room Reservations . . . We have reserved all 267 rooms at the Hotel Carlisle, but reservations may not be postmarked prior to January 10, 2012. (Reservations postmarked prior to January 10, 2012, will be returned.) Reservations must be made on the reservation form on page 16 and include a deposit of one night’s lodging. The reservation form may be duplicated. There is a $20 non-refundable one time cleaning fee, which will be applied to every reservation at the Hotel Carlisle.
Please be considerate when making reservations. Every year, unneeded reservations are made, only to be canceled at a later date, creating unnecessary confusion for potential guests and the hotel staff. (To avoid making duplicate reservations, guests who preregistered at the 2011 Specialty will receive confirmation of their room reservation prior to January 10.) If you must cancel reservations, please do so as early as possible. Reservations must be canceled by March 1 to receive a full refund.
Once the Hotel Carlisle is fully booked, overflow hotels will be available to accommodate additional reservations. If you choose this option, please indicate your preference by number choice on the reservation form.
RV Parking . . . Come to Camp Newf and enjoy the show! RV parking will once again be available on site at the NCA National. Parking for approximately 30 RVs will be located on a grassy area approximately 150 feet from the conformation rings and convenient to Hospitality, vendors and the hotel. The RV parking fee is $35 per day.
There will be no water, electric or sewer hook-up provided, but we will schedule holding tank pump-outs for a fee during the week. Information on dump/refill sites near the show site will be provided, as well as local RV supply and repair locations.
The first postmark date accepted for RV Parking is January 10, 2012. If using expedited delivery services, please waive the signature. Reservation deadline is April 2 or when the RV parking area is filled. No refunds after April 2, 2012.
Be a Considerate Guest . . . Please do your part to uphold our reputation as considerate guests. Exercise your dogs in designated areas only, and use the plastic bags and trash receptacles provided to facilitate clean up. No electrical cords may be run from hotel rooms through windows to any outdoor areas. We need everyone’s help in keeping the hotel rooms and show grounds, including grooming areas, clean.
